    Finding a home near good schools was our priority, and Optima Shades is a short distance RISHS International School. That was a huge deciding factor for us. We got a 3.5 BHK flat which is 1431 Sq.ft, giving the kids enough space to play. The complex also has a dedicated children's play area. The proximity to Be Well Hospitals (a short distance) is also a comfort. While the construction is older (completed in 2009), it seems solid. The only slight issue is the traffic on Mount Poonamallee High Road during peak hou, but it's manageable. Overall, a good choice for families.
