It's great that it's ready to move in. The children's play area is a big hit with my kids, and the swimming pool is a nice bonus for weekends. City Montessori School is not too far, which makes commutes easier. The area around Amar Shaheed Path is quite accessible. My only concern is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's close to the main road.
