I bought a 3 BHK flat in Omni Amayra Greens. It is located in Aujala, Mohali, on the Kharar-Ropar Road. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is quite spacious, ranging from 1570 sq.ft to 1750 sq.ft. The price for our flat was around 65 Lakh. This project by Omni Pacific ColonizePvt. Ltd. Is ready to move, which was convenient. They have a good number of amenities like a children's play area, a club house, and 24x7 security. The main issue for me is the parking space; it feels a bit limited if you have multiple vehicles. However, the overall construction quality seems solid, and the Vastu compliant design was a key factor in our decision. The proximity to AASHAKIRAN IVF, nearby, is also a plus.
