  I bought a 3 BHK flat in Omni Amayra Greens. It is located in Aujala, Mohali, on the Kharar-Ropar Road. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is quite spacious, ranging from 1570 sq.ft to 1750 sq.ft. The price for our flat was around 65 Lakh. This project by Omni Pacific ColonizePvt. Ltd. Is ready to move, which was convenient. They have a good number of amenities like a children's play area, a club house, and 24x7 security. The main issue for me is the parking space; it feels a bit limited if you have multiple vehicles. However, the overall construction quality seems solid, and the Vastu compliant design was a key factor in our decision. The proximity to AASHAKIRAN IVF, nearby, is also a plus.

They have a swimming pool and a gymnasium which are important for staying active. The price range starts from 26.02 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the amenities offered. My only slight concern is how busy the Kharar-Ropar Road can get during peak hou, but being close to Mind Tree School, which is nearby, is a definite advantage for the family.

The price was about 55 Lakh. The location in Aujala, Mohali, on the Kharar-Ropar Road is developing, which is promising. The developer, Omni Pacific ColonizePvt. Ltd., has provided a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, indoor games, and a gymnasium. The children's play area is a nice touch. My only real concern is the dust and traffic noise from the main road, which can be quite noticeable at times. Despite this, the project offegood value for money considering the ready-to-move status and the facilities available.

Ltd. Is located in Aujala, Mohali, on the Kharar-Ropar Road. We chose it because it is ready to move and has excellent amenities like a gymnasium, jogging track, and a swimming pool. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look very green and pleasant. The 24x7 security and intercom system provide a sense of safety. While the overall experience has been positive, the distance from the main city center is a bit of a commute, but manageable.

Ltd., has included several amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and ample car parking. One thing I found a bit disappointing is the lack of readily available information regarding OC received. However, the project is ready to move and the price point is competitive for the area.

It is a ready to move project, which meant I could shift in immediately. I looked at a 1 BHK flat, which has a built-up area of 610 sq.ft. The Vastu compliance is something my wife insisted on, so that was a plus. They also have good landscaping and tree planting, making the surroundings pleasant. The price was within our budget, around 26.02 Lakh for the 1 BHK. The developer, Omni Pacific ColonizePvt. Ltd., seems to have completed the project quite some time ago, back in February 2013. The complex has a gymnasium and a jogging track, which I plan to use regularly.
