Omm Estcon Pvt Ltd is building these with spacious balconies that will look great once completed. The location is a bit away from the main city buzz but the a short distance to Rasulgarh Square makes it manageable. We looked at the 3 BHK units and the space is quite good for a young couple like us. We are expecting everything to be done by February 2027. One thing we noticed is that the public transport options are limited in this area, so having a peonal car is a must for us.
