Living here for about a year now. We opted for a 3 BHK in Omaxe Spa Village, Sector 78, Faridabad. The size is around 1900 square feet, which is comfortable for our family. The best part is the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the complex feel very green and pleasant. We also appreciate the children's play area. The only drawback I've noticed is the parking situation; it can get quite congested sometimes, especially during evenings. Other than that, the 24x7 security is very reassuring, and the community feels safe. The price was reasonable for the amenities provided.

We purchased a 4 BHK apartment in Omaxe Spa Village for our family. The built-up area is a spacious 2350 square feet, which gives us plenty of room. The project is located in Sector 78, Faridabad, and it was completed back in March 2012, so it's an established property. The pricing, ranging up to 2.84 Crore for the larger units, felt a bit high initially, but the overall quality and the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are quite good. We are also happy with the 24x7 water supply and power backup. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor for us.

After yeaof renting, my husband and I finally bought our own place in Omaxe Spa Village, Faridabad. We decided to upgrade to a 4 BHK apartment, which is 2350 square feet, giving us much more living space. The project, developed by Omaxe Ltd, is ready to move in, and we were impressed by the amenities. The gym and the club house are well-maintained. The location in Sector 78 is decent, and it's good that they have a Plant Water Treatment Plant and sewerage treatment facility. The price point for the larger apartments, going up to 2.84 Crore, was a stretch for us, but we believe it's a worthwhile investment for our future.

We moved into Omaxe Spa Village a few months ago. Our kids attend Manav Rachna International School, which is conveniently located nearby. We chose a 3 BHK apartment, around 1600 square feet, because we wanted enough space for our two children. The project offea swimming pool and a children's play area, which the kids absolutely love. The price for our unit was around 1.1 Crore. One thing we are still adjusting to is the noise from the nearby construction in the developing area. Otherwise, the landscaping and the overall environment are quite good for families. The nearby Bata Chowk Metro Station is also a plus.

I was looking for a property in Faridabad for rental income and Omaxe Spa Village seemed like a decent option. The project is ready to move, which is a big plus. I picked up a 3 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of around 1600 square feet. The price was within my budget at just under 98.26 Lakh. While the location in Sector 78 is developing, I am a bit concerned about the connectivity to the main city areas. The Bata Chowk Metro Station is nearby, which isn't too bad but could be better. Omaxe Ltd has a track record, so I am hoping for good returns.
