We liked the children's play area and the jogging track for the kids and ouelves. The 24/7 security and fire fighting system provide peace of mind. One thing I am a bit worried about is the parking situation. While car parking is available, it looked a bit tight when we visited. Hopefully, it won't be a major issue once we move in.
