We booked a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 660 Sq.ft for about 35 Lakh. The project is ready to move, which is great because we didn't want to wait too long. The swimming pool and gymnasium are nice perks for us. The developer, Om Shivam Buildcon Pvt Ltd, has provided good landscaping. The only minor issue is that the parking space feels a little cramped, especially if we have guests over. Other than that, we are quite happy with our purchase.
