Finally moving out of our rental place! We chose Om Shiv Brighton Phase I for our family. The 2 BHK flat, around 662 square feet carpet area, feels spacious enough for us and our two kids. Being ready to move in January 2024 was a huge factor. The price of 35.54 Lakh was at the top end of our budget, but the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are great. It's nice that there's a grocery shop within the complex. Our biggest worry now is the traffic on Wardha Road during peak hou, it gets quite busy. We hope Om Shivam Buildcon Pvt Ltd has planned for good internal roads.

We bought a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 652 square feet. The price point around 35 Lakh was within our budget for a ready-to-move property. The developer Om Shivam Buildcon Pvt Ltd seems to have a decent track record. However, the OC status was not available which is a bit concerning for future resale value. Also, the road access to the project could be better, it's not directly on the main highway.
