We are considering a 2 BHK with a carpet area around 800 square feet. The price range, starting from 42.25 Lakh, fits our budget. The main reason we chose this project is its close proximity to Aditya Academy Secondary, practically nearby, which is a huge relief for us. Also, ILS Hospitals being so close is reassuring. However, the distance to Dumdum Metro (5.5 KM) is a concern for my commute to work. The construction is ongoing, with completion scheduled for June 2027.
