We were looking for a 2 BHK in Kolkata and found Om Narmada. We chose a unit with 820 sq.ft super builtup area. The price was around 35 lakh. We liked the idea of a club house and a children's play area, as we plan to start a family soon. The project is ready to move, which suited our timeline. OM Enterprise has provided good internal roads and footpaths. The location is decent, close to Taratala Metro Station at nearby. The only downside is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is expected in a developing area. We are happy with the size of the rooms and the overall layout.
