Om Kasthala Residency is located in a decent spot in Nayi Brahmana Colony making it convenient for them to reach Aster Ramesh Hospitals if needed. Om Sai Constructions Guntur ensured the 3 BHK layout is practical. The carpet area of 1221.7 square feet is more than enough for two people. My parents are particularly happy about the 24X7 water supply since water issues are common in many areas here. The proximity to STEM SCHOOL is another plus point for my visiting nephews.
