The location in Sector 115 is excellent, with extremely close proximity to Kharar Station (0 KM) and Radiance Hospital (1 KM), making daily life very convenient. The 24x7 security and gated community environment offer peace of mind. My only slight concern is the traffic noise from the nearby National Highway 21 can be noticeable at certain times of the day, but it’s manageable.
