We recently moved into Om Bhalchandra Apartment with our two young children. The gated community aspect provides a sense of security that we appreciate. There are lifts available, and importantly, a service lift which is very convenient. The 1 BHK flat we got is 577 square feet built up, which is manageable for us for now. We are hoping to find a good school nearby. The developer Om has completed this project a while ago, back in 2013. The internal roads are decent enough for kids to walk around within the complex. My only slight worry is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, but we are managing. The power backup is a good reassurance.
