The project by Olive Buildeand DevelopePvt. Ltd is ready to move, which suited our needs perfectly. We were impressed by the cycling and jogging track, and the indoor games facility is a nice touch for when friends visit. It's located on TB Road, close to Kumaranalloor. The proximity to Caritas Hospital, which is nearby, is also reassuring. The only minor drawback is that the building feels a bit older since it was completed in June 2013, but the amenities still hold up well.
