  We were looking for a weekend getaway spot in Goa and stumbled upon Olalian Villa Moraira. The location in Sodiem Siolim is beautiful and relatively quiet compared to the more crowded parts of North Goa. It's quite close to Vagator, which we love for its vibe. We are in the IT industry, so being able to disconnect and relax is key. The villas look very modern and appealing. We haven't moved in yet, but our site visits were very positive. Olalian Estate Private Limited has a decent reputation. The only slight drawback is that public transport options aren't right at the dootep, but that's expected in this part of Goa. We are excited to start using it soon.

Vagator is also not too far for a weekend outing. My only small worry is the approach road; it's a bit narrow and can get dusty during the dry season. Still, the overall tranquility of the place outweighs that minor issue for now. Olalian Estate Private Limited seems to have delivered a good product.

The fact that the villas are ready to move is a huge plus, as I don’t want my parents to wait. My only concern is the connectivity to the main road, which I heard can be a bit of a bottleneck during peak tourist season. Otherwise, it seems like a good investment for their comfort.
