The children's play area is a big hit with our kids. The fully modular kitchen and wardrobes in each room are very practical. The project is gated, and the grand entrance from Sii Road gives a good impression. The price for the 3 BHK was around 90 Lakhs, which was manageable with our combined salaries. The only minor issue is the dust from the nearby construction sometimes, but that is expected in a developing area like Jhotwara.
