We chose this location primarily because of St. Francis' Secondary & Higher Secondary School, which is very close to Odhavkrupa Sun Signature Phase 2. Our kids will have a short commute, which saves us a lot of time daily. The 3 BHK configuration with 733.35 square feet is sufficient for our needs. Odhavkrupa Developeseems to have put a lot of thought into the basic infrastructure like water conservation and energy management. The location is excellent, right in Chala and near VIBRANT MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL, which is very important for my family. Odhavkrupa Developehas included basic necessities like 24x7 water supply and solid waste management in their plan. However, I feel the progress on the site could be a little faster. Parking space seems limited based on the initial layouts, and I am worried about how tight it might get once all families move in. For the price and location, it is acceptable, but I hope they maintain the quality of materials until the December 2028 finish date.
