Moving from another city, having Mahahi Public School only a minute away was also a huge factor for our family. We looked at a 2.5 BHK, which has a built-up area between 1264 and 1319 square feet. The price was about 35 Lakh for the unit we liked. It's ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle. The only slight drawback is that the surrounding roads can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it’s manageable given the hospital and school proximity. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good additions.

It is ready to move, which was a priority for me. I appreciate the 24x7 security and the peaceful environment within the complex. The nearby Mananthavadi Road offegood access to other parts of the city. While it's not the newest project, being completed in 2011, it feels well-maintained.
