The budget of 15.58 Lakh for this plot fits my financial plan perfectly. Oasis Infraspace Pvt Ltd has included amenities like a jogging track and an open gym, which are great for staying active. The project is, which is a must for me. Construction is ongoing, with an expected finish in October 2026. The main concern is the limited car parking space mentioned for the overall layout; I hope this will be sufficient when the project is fully developed. Otherwise, the location on Wardha Road is quite promising.

Oasis Vatika offeplots starting from 944 Sq.ft. The area around Wardha Road is developing rapidly, and the planned outer ring road will improve accessibility further. The developer, Oasis Infraspace Pvt Ltd, has included a children's play area, which is great for our kids. We are looking forward to the completion in October 2026. The price was within our budget, around 15.58 Lakh for the smaller plots. My only worry is the traffic on Wardha Road during peak hou, but hopefully, the new ring road will alleviate that issue.

We liked the idea of a yoga/meditation area and the overall landscaping plans. The only slight issue is the noise from the nearby highway, which is constant but we are hoping it won't be too botheome once we build our home.

The price of 29.63 Lakh for this size is acceptable. While the project is under construction until October 2026, the developer has provided good updates. The only drawback is that OC received status is not yet available, which I will follow up on.
