I am staying in a 2 BHK at Oasis Grandstand. The location in Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway is quite accessible. I appreciate the Vastu compliant layout and the decent size of the rooms, around 920 Sq.ft. The amenities like the waiting lounge and gymnasium are well-maintained. Being ready to move was the main reason I chose this project from Oasis Buildmart India Pvt Ltd. The price range of 69.0 L to 1.35 Cr is competitive for the area. My only small issue is that the traffic on the Yamuna Expressway can be heavy during peak hou, making commutes longer sometimes. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place to live.

The 1405 Sq.ft size is perfect for them, offering plenty of room. They particularly enjoy the swimming pool and the flower garden. Being ready to move is a massive plus as they could settle in immediately. The location near Yamuna Expressway is developing rapidly, which is good for the future. While I haven't peonally visited much, my parents are pleased with the quality and the overall environment. The price was around 1.2 Cr, which was within our budget.

Has excellent amenities, especially the tennis court and the amphitheater, which we find quite entertaining. The contemporary architecture is visually appealing. It's great that the project is ready to move, saving us a lot of hassle. The price for our unit was approximately 1.35 Cr. The location is strategic, with the upcoming airport nearby. However, I do find the parking space a bit limited, especially when we have guests over. Also, the advertised Grade A building status means good construction, but the immediate registry and no GST are the real benefits here. It’s a good property overall.

We bought a 1045 Sq.ft 2 BHK apartment, which has ample space for our small family. The builder, Oasis Buildmart India Pvt Ltd., has included some nice amenities like a gymnasium and a swimming pool, which we use regularly. The landscaping is also very pleasant. My only slight concern is that the dust from construction nearby can sometimes be an issue, but it's manageable. Overall, it feels like a good decision for our new beginning here.

I liked the contemporary architecture and the Vastu compliant design. The only minor drawback is the connectivity to central Noida, it takes a bit of time to reach places like Noida Sector 148 Metro Station. But for rental potential, I think it’s a solid bet.
