After yeaof renting, we decided to invest in our own plot at Oasis 34. We chose a 1200 sq.ft plot because it felt like a good balance between space and cost. The location on Wardha Road, Mihan, is excellent, especially with DY Patil School only 200 meteaway and AIIMS just 300 metefurther. This makes it convenient for our family. Oasis Infraspace Pvt Ltd has included a children's play area and a temple, which are nice additions. Although the project is marked as ready to move, the completion date is May 2025. The price range from 36.71 L to 92.24 L was a significant commitment for us, but we believe it’s a good investment for our future. The landscaping is also quite attractive.
