I liked the focus on water management, with amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting. Having 24X7 water supply is a significant advantage. The construction is still in progress, and the target completion is December 2025. While the location is developing, the distance to KPHB Colony Metro Station, nearby, is quite substantial, which might be a drawback for daily commuting to the city. The parking options seem decent though.
