    Moving from a rented house to our own space in Nyra 2 feels like a great step for us. St. Francis Secondary and Higher Secondary School being nearby is perfect for our daily commute. We chose the 367.05 square feet flat as it had a nice view. The developer, Daxaben Ramanlal Patel, has provided closed car parking which is a major relief in a busy town like Vapi. The apartment feels spacious enough for our needs. We were worried about the noise level being near the main road, but once the windows are shut, it is quite peaceful. We had a smooth experience moving in and the surroundings are getting better every single week. It is a relief to finally stop paying monthly rent to a landlord.

Daxaben Ramanlal Patel has managed to build something decent here. I visited the site near Shivalik Heights and the construction quality seems fine for this segment. I went for the 368.02 square feet carpet area flat. One thing that botheme a bit is the road leading up to the project, which gets quite dusty during the afternoon houHowever, the children play area is well planned if you have family staying here. Overall, it is a convenient place to stay if you want to be close to the main city roads while having access to the national park view.

Since the project is ready to move, I checked out the 358.01 square feet unit. The layout feels practical for a small rental unit. While the area is developing, the connectivity to NH 8 is definitely a big advantage for people working in the nearby industrial belt. The three open side properties aspect adds a bit of ventilation which is usually missing in smaller flats. It is not the most premium building I have seen but it serves the purpose for an investment. Other than that, everything is good. The view of the national park is spectacular and helps to relax after a long day at work. It is a simple, straightforward residential choice in Chala.
