We are a young IT couple looking to invest and eventually build. We bought a 75 sq.yd. Plot at NXT Blue Stone Residence for around 15.75 Lakh. It’s ready to move, which is convenient. The developer, NXT Associates, seems reliable. Power backup is a must-have for us, and they provide it. The location in Chhapraula is decent, with NH 91 being nearby. However, the FNG Expressway is quite far at nearby, which makes commuting to Noida or Faridabad a bit longer than we hoped. We also found the plot sizes a bit restrictive if we wanted a very large house, but it works for our current plan. It's a good starting point.
