The 2 BHK flats are spacious enough for our family of three, with our unit being 993 square feet. The landscaping is pleasant, and there's a children's play area which is great. Having 24/7 security gives us peace of mind. The only slight issue is the traffic on Pallavaram Road during peak hou, but it's manageable. The price was around 44 Lakhs, which felt fair for the amenities and location. We are happy with the decision so far.
