After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down, away from the city noise but with good connectivity. Nutech Fortune on GST Road, Chengalpattu, caught my eye. The availability of plots between 1200 and 2400 sq.ft gave me options. They have landscaping and recreational parks, which is nice for walks. The fact that it is a DTCP approved project gave me confidence. I visited the site and the blacktop roads with LED street lighting looked good. It feels safe with the security cabin and gated community setup. The price starting from 21.6 Lakh was also reasonable for a ready to move in property.

The price starting from 21.6 Lakh was within my initial budget. I really liked the idea of a gated community with security. The surrounding greenery and landscaping are also pleasant.
