  After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down, away from the city noise but with good connectivity. Nutech Fortune on GST Road, Chengalpattu, caught my eye. The availability of plots between 1200 and 2400 sq.ft gave me options. They have landscaping and recreational parks, which is nice for walks. The fact that it is a DTCP approved project gave me confidence. I visited the site and the blacktop roads with LED street lighting looked good. It feels safe with the security cabin and gated community setup. The price starting from 21.6 Lakh was also reasonable for a ready to move in property.

  This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I bought a 1200 sq.ft plot at Nutech Fortune. It's a ready to move in project located on GST Road in Chengalpattu. The price starting from 21.6 Lakh was within my initial budget. I really liked the idea of a gated community with security. The surrounding greenery and landscaping are also pleasant. Having utility shops within the community is a definite plus for daily needs. My parents are happy with the decision. I just hope the development continues smoothly. The 2400 sq.ft plots were a bit too large for me right now.

  We chose Nutech Fortune because of its excellent location for our family. St Ann's School is right next door, and Sree Renga Hospital is also very close, which gives us peace of mind. We bought an 1800 sq.ft plot. The price starting at 21.6 Lakh was within our reach. It’s a gated community with recreational parks, which is great for the kids to play safely. The 24x7 security is also a big factor for us. The plots are ready to move in, so we can plan our construction soon. The only slight drawback is the traffic on GST Road during peak houcan be a bit heavy, but that's expected given the location.
