It’s ready to move, which was essential for us. The complex has a nice gymnasium and a yoga/meditation area that we are starting to use regularly. The location near Moolavattom is quite accessible, and it’s only a short distance Kodimatha Bus Stand, which is useful for travel. The landscaping and tree planting give it a pleasant look. The only minor issue we've encountered is that the signal for mobile networks can be a bit weak inside the apartment sometimes.

The only downside is that the parking area seems a bit cramped, which might be an issue if you have a large vehicle or if guests visit often. While the location is good, the traffic on Kollad Devalokam Road can get a bit heavy during peak school drop-off and pick-up times.
