The location in T Nagar is really convenient for my wife's office, it’s about a 20-minute drive. Power backup is a big relief, especially during the monsoon season when there are frequent outages. The earthquake-resistant structure was also a plus point for us as safety is important. The only thing we are finding a bit challenging is the street parking near the building; it gets quite congested in the evenings. Overall, the move-in process was smooth and the apartment feels like home.
