I purchased a 3 BHK apartment, 1300 square feet, for approximately 1.04 Crore. The project is ready to move, allowing me to settle in without delay. The availability of 24x7 water supply and lifts is crucial. My only reservation is that the construction, while appearing solid, was completed a long time ago, back in 2006. I hope the maintenance has been kept up well by the residents' association. The developeare Nutech Projects Realty Ltd.

It makes our daily travel so much easier. The apartment is 1000 square feet and feels spacious enough for us. We are paying around 80 Lakhs. The construction looks solid, and we like the amenities like car parking and the landscape garden. The only slight issue is that the traffic on Bobbili Raja Salai can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it’s manageable. The building received its OC a while back.
