After yeaof renting, we finally decided to buy our own home in NSquare Crescent Villas, Mudichur. We chose a 950 sq.ft, 2 BHK villa, which gives us much more space than our old apartment. The price of 52 Lakh was a stretch for us, but we are teacheand managed to get a good home loan. It's ready to move, so we could settle in immediately. The Mudichur Junction Bus Stop is nearby, making it easy for my wife to travel to her school. While the villa itself is nice, the parking area could be a little more organized. We are still getting used to the slightly narrower roads around the project.
