The location in Matigara is very appealing, especially with Delhi Public School Siliguri and Neotia Getwel Multispecialty Hospital being so close – practically nearby. This makes our commute much shorter. We are eyeing a 2 BHK flat, which has a built-up area of around 1158 Sq.ft to 1496 Sq.ft, offering enough space for us. The project is under construction and the completion is scheduled for June 2031. While the wait is long, it allows us to save more. The nearby bus stop is also a plus. NS Developer seems to be a reputable builder.
