The price was around 35.9 L, which felt affordable for a fit-time buyer like me. The project is under construction, with completion expected in December 2028. I really liked the idea of solar-powered common area lighting and the Vastu compliant design. The location in Matigara is decent, though the access road for the last 200 meteis a bit narrow, which might be a slight inconvenience for larger vehicles. I'm looking forward to the amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool. Hopefully, the construction quality is good.
