  I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in NR Serenity, specifically the 1190 Sq.ft one. The pricing between 30.94 Lakh and 33.54 Lakh seemed quite reasonable for Manikonda, especially considering it's ready to move. My main focus was the developer, NR Develope, and their past record. While the project was completed in 2010, the overall construction quality appeared solid. The location is convenient for accessing Gachibowli, which is practically adjacent. One small thing is the lack of updated OC status, which can sometimes be a concern for resale value, but for self-use it's less critical. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained.

  I recently moved into a 2 BHK apartment at NR Serenity in Manikonda. The built-up area is 1190 Sq.ft, which is a good size for me. The price was around 30.94 Lakh, and I found it acceptable for a ready-to-move property in this locality. NR Developehave provided a decent range of amenities, including a gymnasium and a club house. The proximity to Raidurg Metro Station, nearby, makes it easy for me to travel to different parts of the city. My only concern is that the parking can be a bit tight, especially during evenings when most residents are back home. The security is good though.

We liked that it was ready to move, so no waiting period. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 33.54 Lakh for our unit, but the layout and space made it worth it. The proximity to Oakridge International School is fantastic, just a few kilometeaway. NR Developeprovided a good set of amenities, including a gymnasium and a club house. The jogging track is also a nice touch for our morning walks. The parking space is adequate for our car.

  We were looking for a ready-to-move flat in Hyderabad and landed on NR Serenity in Manikonda. It's a 2 BHK configuration, and the built-up area ranges from 1190 Sq.ft to 1290 Sq.ft. We found the price point of around 30.94 Lakh to 33.54 Lakh to be within our budget. The proximity to Continental Hospitals is a major plus for us. NR Developehave been around for a while, so we felt comfortable. The children's play area is decent, and there's also a swimming pool. The only issue we noticed was the traffic getting into Manikonda during peak hou; it can be quite slow. Overall, it's a good value proposition for the location and amenities.

The price was in the upper range at 33.54 Lakh, but the amenities made it appealing. I particularly enjoy the jogging track and the peaceful environment within the complex. The Vastu compliant design was also a factor in my decision. Being close to Gachibowli is convenient for errands. However, I do find the surrounding area a bit noisy during the day due to the constant traffic on the main road. The building itself is quiet, though. Overall, it's a comfortable place for my retirement.

We bought a 2 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of 1250 Sq.ft, ample space for our two children. The price was about 32 Lakh, which felt fair for the location and the fact that it's ready to move. The project by NR Developehas a good children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids absolutely love. We also appreciated the Vastu compliant design. The only downside is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby plots, but that's common in developing areas like Manikonda.

NR Developehave equipped the complex with essential amenities like a gymnasium, swimming pool, and power backup, which are important for a professional like me. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. While the location is excellent for work, accessing other parts of the city might take a bit longer due to traffic.
