Decided to go with NR Nidhyanidhi Enclave because the location in Gorantla is very strategic for my business operations. The 1200 square feet 2 BHK layout is very standard and easy to maintain. I really like that the project is ready to move in. NR Constructions Guntur has provided basic amenities like lift and car parking which are sufficient for my needs. The nearby STEM school is a good landmark if you have guests visiting. I am slightly concerned about the noise levels in the evening from the road, but windows block most of it. It is a solid property if you want to stay near the main road access points.
