We moved into our 3 BHK apartment in Nova Sprint about two months ago. The main reason we chose this project was its proximity to Velammal Vidyalaya school, which is literally nearby. That’s a huge relief for us. The apartment size is good, we got a 1511 square feet unit. The project has a nice jogging track and a swimming pool which the kids absolutely love. Power backup is also a big plus. The only minor issue we are facing is that the OC received date is not clearly available, which caused a slight delay in our loan processing. But since it's ready to move, we weren't too worried. The gated community aspect provides good security.

However, I must mention that the area around Nolambur Village can get quite dusty, especially during construction phases of nearby projects, which is a bit of a concern for air quality. Also, the 1.14 Crore price for larger units felt a bit steep. The landscaping is pleasant though.
