After yeaof renting, we decided to finally invest in our own plot. North Paradise by Enrich Properties seemed like a good option, especially since it's ready to move. We purchased a 1200 Sq.ft plot. The prices are quite competitive, around 5.4 Lakh for the smaller plots, which was affordable for us. The project has some nice amenities like a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which we look forward to using. The location in Shidlaghatta, near Chikaballapura, is relatively peaceful. However, the access road to the project is a bit narrow and can get congested during certain times, making entry and exit a bit of a hassle. Also, the lack of OC is something we are still looking into.
