    As a government employee, I was looking for a reliable investment that also offegood connectivity. North Bay by KG Buildein Srinivasa Nagar, Tondiarpet, fits the bill. The Washermenpet Metro station is nearby, which is incredibly convenient for commuting. I purchased a 2 BHK apartment measuring 1272 Sq.ft for about 1.15 Crore. The amenities like the swimming pool and party hall are attractive. The project is under construction with a completion target of December 2030. My only small worry is the traffic on the nearby main roads during peak hou, but the metro access should mitigate that. The Vastu compliance is also something my family appreciates.

    We picked North Bay because it’s right next to Vivekananda School. That was the main reason for us, saving commute time for the kids. KG Buildeis developing this project in Tondiarpet. We are looking at a 3 BHK, probably the 2136 Sq.ft one, which is quite spacious and costs around 1.93 Crore. The project has a children's play area and a swimming pool, which the kids are already excited about. It’s under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2030. The location is good with easy access to the Ennore Express Road. My only hesitation is the parking situation; it’s not explicitly mentioned if it’s ample, and with two ca, that could become an issue later. Otherwise, the bay views sound lovely.

    We just booked our fit apartment at North Bay in Tondiarpet. The 1272 Sq.ft 2 BHK seemed like a good size for us to start. I really liked that the Vivekananda School is right next door, zero distance! That’s a huge relief for us. The sales team explained the payment plan clearly. It’s still under construction, expected completion is December 2030, which is a bit far but okay. The price felt reasonable for Chennai, around 1.15 Crore. The developer, KG Builde, has a decent reputation. I am a bit worried about the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully that will settle down once they are finished. The entrance lobby looks quite grand in the brochure pictures.

We chose a 3 BHK apartment, around 1577 Sq.ft, for 1.4 Crore. The stunning bay of Bengal views are a definite bonus, and the natural light in all bedrooms is a great feature. KG Buildehas included good amenities like a children's play area and an EV charging point, which is forward-thinking. The construction is ongoing, with completion set for December 2030. While the location is superb for my work, the prices are at the higher end for this area, starting from 1.15 Crore, which was a point of consideration.
