It's a gated community, and the 24x7 security and smart RT ID entrance are reassuring. The proximity to Johnson Grammar School (1.7 km) and Soorya Hospitals (2.2 km) was a major factor. We also appreciate the inclusion of a children's play area and the central park. One minor issue we noticed was the traffic noise on the main road when we visited, which might be a concern for some. However, the 24x7 power backup and rooftop solar power system are excellent features.

The area is Chengicherla, East Hyderabad. The price for these units falls within the 2.01 Crore to 3.42 Crore bracket. We liked that it's a gated community with good amenities like a children's play area and 24x7 water supply. The nearby Johnson Grammar School is nearby, which is very convenient for us. The only downside is that the internal roads and footpaths within the project could be a bit wider, and the construction dust from ongoing work nearby was noticeable during our visit. However, the 24/7 power backup for villas is a big relief.
