It's also close to shops and restaurants. The project is ready to move and has been completed for a while, which means no construction delays. They have good amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and even a cricket pitch, which sounds fun. The 4 BHK flat is 3816 square feet, which is massive, maybe a bit too big for just the two of us, but we could use the extra space for a home office. The price is 3.25 Crore onwards. The biggest drawback we noticed was the parking situation, it seems quite tight, especially with the number of cain a large building like this. We need to think about that.
