    We decided to upgrade from our rental and chose Noble VEDSHREE SHREE HREE REE EE E. The 3 BHK apartment, at 1500 square feet, gives us much-needed space compared to our old place. Having a modular kitchen and wardrobes included was a big help as we didn't have to arrange for those immediately. The location on Wardha Road is decent, and the airport being nearby is convenient for occasional travel. However, the traffic on Wardha Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a drawback. The price of 1.15 Crore onwards was manageable with bank loans from HDFC. Noble Infratech Pvt Ltd has provided basic amenities like car parking and a lift.

That makes commuting to work a breeze. The Radisson Blu hotel nearby is nice for occasional outings. We got the apartment for around 1.15 Crore onwards, which felt reasonable considering the location and the fact that it's furnished. Noble Infratech Pvt Ltd included a modular kitchen and POP, which are good touches.
