It's ready to move, and the price starting around 45 Lakh was manageable for us. We really liked the inclusion of amenities like a restaurant on the premises and the street lighting. The 24x7 water supply is a standard expectation, but it's good that it's provided. The location in Kadthal is peaceful, away from the city noise. However, the biggest concern for us is the distance from our school. The commute takes a considerable amount of time, and the roads aren't always the best.
