My partner and I wanted something closer to the metro for our commute. L. B. Nagar Metro Station is less than a kilometer away, which is fantastic. We chose a 3 BHK flat here at NMR Lotus in Karmanghat. The saleable area is around 865 sq.ft for the smaller units, which is enough for us right now. The price was within our budget, around 50 Lakh. We are happy it is ready to move. The only downside is that Karmanghat can get a bit busy during peak hou, so traffic can be slow sometimes getting into the main areas. We are looking forward to settling in.

It's ready to move, which suited my need for immediate use. The location in South Hyderabad is developing nicely, and it's close to Lotus Lap Public Schools. NMR Projects has provided basic amenities like closed and open car parking and 24X7 water supply. However, I found the construction quality to be average. There's also a fair amount of dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which is a bit botheome for now. I hope it settles down soon.
