We were looking for something ready to move in Coimbatore and NM Gem Enclave caught our eye. The 1166 sq.ft 2 BHK flat has a good layout, and we liked the idea of a landscaped arena for relaxing. It's close to National Highway 47, which is convenient for my commute. The price range of 61.22 Lakh to 68.2 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area and the amenities offered. Power backup is a definite plus. The only small issue is the traffic on School Road can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but it's manageable for now.
