I'm buying this for my parents who will be moving back to Vadodara. NJP Eminence in Gotri looked like a good option because of the amenities like the Yoga/Meditation Area and the Salon, which my mother would appreciate. The 5 BHK apartments are quite large, around 4695 sq.ft built up. It's under construction and the developer NJP Infra Llp is targeting December 2026 for completion. While the project is in New Gotri, it’s close to Sterling Hospitals, which is a reasonable distance. I hope the construction quality is good, as I won't be able to inspect it regularly.
