I purchased a 4.5 BHK villa with a 4300 Sq.ft plot for just under 7 crore. It is ready to move, which is fantastic. The yoga and meditation area is a great place to de-stress. The location in Tellapur is accessible. My only slight worry is that the plot sizes, while decent, don't leave much room for extensive landscaping within the villa boundary itself.
