The space feels much better than our rental, and the layout is practical. Having lifts and a fire sprinkler system provided a sense of security. The area is relatively quiet compared to the city center, which we appreciate. Nivanjali Construction seems to be a reliable developer. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that is expected in developing areas. We are looking forward to settling in.
