We were looking for a ready-to-move property and this fit the bill perfectly. The amenities are quite good, including the gym and the mini theatre, which my children enjoy. It’s also great that the project has tree plantation and good landscaping, making it feel quite green. Being in Socorro, North Goa, it’s well-connected. The only slight drawback is the parking situation; it can get a bit congested during evenings when many residents return home. The price point is on the higher side, reaching up to 1.4 Cr for larger units.
