They are very happy with the proximity to Swami Vivekanand Saraswati Vidhya Mandir, which is only a 2-minute walk away, making it easy for grandchildren to attend school. The price was around 1.95 Crore, which felt reasonable for the size and location in Rajendra Nagar. It's ready to move, so they could settle in immediately. The developer seems reliable.
