    We purchased a 2 BHK in Nithya Heights. The saleable area is around 1015 square feet, which is decent for the price point, though I suspect the actual carpet area is less. Nithya Constructions completed the project by November 2023, which was good. Connectivity is a major plus here, being close to National Highway 65 and the Outer Ring Road makes commuting easier. The indoor games facility is a nice touch for downtime. However, the open car parking can be a bit challenging during peak houwhen many residents are returning home. Also, the immediate surroundings had some construction dust when we visited, but that should settle down.
