We chose a 3 BHK, which is around 5700 square feet, and it feels incredibly luxurious compared to our old apartment. The children's play area and the swimming pool are perfect for our kids. It’s a Gated Community with a high-tech alarm system, which gives us peace of mind. The price is definitely an investment for us, between 6.6 and 8.75 crore, but we see it as a long-term asset. The proximity to schools like Sacred Heart of Jesus High School is a bonus.
